Growing up in Kansas, I found my calling in public libraries, where I began volunteering and started my career in the nonprofit world. After spending close to a decade in Texas, I evolved into a designer, advocate, and connector. Now, back in the KC metro area since 2021, I focus my energy on designing with passion and purpose to craft engaging experiences that bring ideas to life.

When I'm not wrapped up in projects, you’ll likely find me at a public library, cycling, bouldering, sending snail mail, reading, walking, diving into tutorials, or capturing moments with one of my cameras.

Over the summer of 2018, I volunteered with AIGA Austin Changemaker Series. Checkout the WeDoExist campaign my team, Texas Appleseed, and LifeWorks Austin came up with for raising awareness around youth homelessness.

At the beginning of 2019, I came together with some of the previous year’s AIGA Austin Changemaker Series participants to work on organizing what we would do. It’s a great experience and opportunity to bring like-minded people together for local social change. The theme was focused on Maternal Health and we selected Austin non-profits: Black Mamas Community Collective, Giving Austin Labor Support, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas.
